§ 30-7. Badger Park Campground regulations.

  • (a)

    Ejected from campground or park for disorderly behavior. The Parks and Recreation Director, Night Watchman and Police Officers may eject any patron from the campground or park area for any disorderly behavior.

    (b)

    Campers restricted to curfew. Only registered campers are allowed to stay within the campground area after this time. All visitors must leave the campground and park area after the 11:00 p.m. curfew.

    (c)

    Debris. All debris shall be deposited in the receptacles provided.

    (d)

    Dogs. Dogs shall be on a leash at all times.

    (e)

    Age restrictions. Individuals age 17 and under may be in the campground overnight only when accompanied by an adult who is registered at the park office.

    (f)

    Quiet hours. Quiet hours are designated to be between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. within the confines of the park area.

    (g)

    Electric heaters. Electric heaters in campers or tents are prohibited.

    (h)

    Available equipment per site. One picnic table and burning receptacle are available per site.

    (i)

    Parking in parking lots only. All visitors and guests of campers shall park in the parking lot across from the park office. No more than two vehicles are allowed per campsite at any one time.

    (j)

    Fees. The following fees shall apply to campground site rentals:

    For two weeks $55.00
    Per month $90.00
    Per season (May 14 - October 1) $200.00
