§ 2-294. Alderpersonic districts.

(a)

Established. The City has been and will continue to be divided into three Alderpersonic districts, each to be represented by two elected Alderperson. The boundaries of each Alderpersonic district in the City shall be as designated in Subsections (b) through (d) of this section.

(b)

Alderpersonic District No. 1. Alderpersonic District No. 1 shall consist of Wards 1 and 2 of the City.

(c)

Alderpersonic District No. 2. Alderpersonic District No. 2 shall consist of Wards 3, 4 and 5 of the City.

(d)

Alderpersonic District No. 3. Alderpersonic District No. 3 shall consist of Wards 6, 7 and 8 of the City.
